What factors drive reputation for New Zealand corporates?
Date/Time: 2 July 2019, 12:30 - 1:30 pm
Reputation is at the heart of public relations practice. Who are New Zealand’s most reputable corporates? And what are the key factors that drive reputation?
Colmar Brunton’s annual Corporate Reputation Index, developed in partnership with Wright Communications, uses the global RepZ framework to measure the reputations of New Zealand’s top 50 consumer-facing corporates. The index has 17 industry categories with brands indexed against major competitors and more than 20,000 New Zealanders have been interviewed over the last five years to gauge the reputations of these companies.
Head of Colmar Brunton Sarah Bolger will explain RepZ’s four pillars of reputation – Leadership/Success, Fairness, Responsibility and Trust – and how New Zealand’s most reputable corporates work on these to maintain consistently high ratings.
Presenter: Sarah Bolger, Head of Colmar Brunton NZ
Sarah was invited to join Colmar Brunton in 2013 as Chief Client Officer after returning to New Zealand from 12 years in the United Kingdom. She is skilled in using human understanding combined with data-based insights to identify growth opportunities for NZ businesses and brands.
