This workshop is a high-level guide that shows how to speak the language of business executives, make the best use of budgets then monitor and report results using International best-practice methods. The workshop will help you understand how to:

  • Use analysis to create a Plan-Do-Review-Refine process to help you work smarter not harder
  • Establish best-practice media analysis  and reporting
  • Boost credibility and performance at senior management level with 'hard data'

Developed with the PRIA Measurement and Evaluation Committee and based on the Barcelona Principles, the Best-Practice Evaluation Model aligns with work done by the Association of Measurement and Evaluation of Communication (AMEC) internationally. The model presents a roadmap for best practice measurement and evaluation. The workshop provides the knowledge to establish a customised, scalable approach to assist in achieving best practice.

This half day workshop is for you if you need to: report on how much impact your activity is getting, where to focus efforts for best effect, how to link your PR effort to brand equity benefits, use analysis to show with hard numbers the effect of PR on business outcomes like acquisition, retention or share price.

  • Recommended level 5 years+ experience
