PRINZ is seeking a Communications Advisor - Membership

With our wonderful communications advisor moving overseas, we are looking for a new person to join our small, friendly team in Parnell, Auckland. The role is full time, working from 8.30am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

This is a varied and busy role centred on membership services. The PRINZ Communications Advisor is responsible for membership sales, day-to-day liaison and relationship building and maintenance with members (and potential members) and the delivery of member services in a timely manner. This role is also responsible for running PRINZ divisional and office events well and supports the Chief Executive in meeting the Institute's business objectives. Yes, it includes some administrative work - creating invoices, sending membership packs, and managing our CRM system and provider - however you'll also project manage several annual and monthly activities and work with the team on new initiatives. Relevant PRINZ courses and all PRINZ events are free to attend.

Our ideal candidate will have fantastic interpersonal skills, good time management, excellent attention to detail, be proactive and keen to learn. As we are a small team, the role involves a fair amount of autonomy and responsibility. An interest in the public relations industry is essential.

Interviews will take place from 7 August 2018 and the successful candidate will need to start late August to allow time for a handover period.
