PRINZ Conference 2015

PRINZ Conference 2015 'Mind the Gap' was held at Rydges Wellington on 21-22 May.

One of the key responsibilities of communication professionals is identifying the gap between what an organisation says and what it does. In the age of social media, transparency is a given, rather than an option. So if your stakeholders discover you're not doing what you say you are - they'll respond accordingly and it will hurt your brand, your reputation and your bottom line.

Never before has relationship management been so important. And the key to any successful relationship is trust. So ask yourself these questions: Can your organisation be trusted to deliver its brand promises? Are your stakeholders' expectations being met? If not, you need to take action.

A core competency required of today's PR professional is being able to identify the gap between promise and performance. And, even more importantly, we need the courage and skill to help our organisations adjust their behaviour to minimise this gap. #PRConf15 will explore this topic and give you the insight and knowledge you need to 'Mind the gap'.
