We provide various opportunities for practitioners to keep abreast of the changes and update skills through our half day and full day courses. The RIVER Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points programme provides a structured approach to professional development. 

Participants accrue points for activities undertaken and once their points target has been reached and validated, their Certificate of Practice is awarded by PRINZ. Learn More>>

 

Our divisional committees organise regular networking events across New Zealand. 

 

These events feature guest speakers or panel discussions around thought provoking topics and trends that are of interest to the public relations practitioners. They are an opportunity for PR practitioners to discuss key isuues and concerns of their industry; and network with their peers.

Accreditation in Public Relations  (APR) is an internationally recognised qualification that certifies that a practitioner is both experienced and has proven high level of professional knowledge and ethical judgement.

it is a highly valued qualification and graduating practitioners enjoy professional recognition along with the ease of obtaining jobs across partnering coutries such as USA, Canada, UK, South Africa and Australia.
