Response to profession
The RIVER programme provides a structured approach to professional development. Participants accrue points for all professional development activities undertaken over 12 months (January to December). Once the points target has been reached and validated, a Certificate of Practice is awarded by PRINZ.
Registration on the RIVER programme is not compulsory, however, only PRINZ members may participate.
Three Simple Steps to Register
1. Click here, for your membership profile page.
2. Once it uploads, scroll down and tick 'I wish to participate in the CPD RiVER programme.'
3. Select your 'CPD RiVER Target Points' from the drop down menu, depending on your experience level.
Points are awarded based on the activities undertaken and cover skills, knowledge and professional contribution. Activities may range from additional formal education (Masters, PhD, Diploma), approved in-house training programmes, distance learning, conferences, seminars, readings and presentations.
Following the RIVER programme, participants design their own unique learning and development plan. Suitable for practitioners of any age and at any career stage, RIVER formalises the professional development process, creating a learning programme that will enhance skills, knowledge and career prospects.
