Senate Appointment
Senate Communications has appointed Jay Louisson as an Associate Partner in its Auckland Office.
Jay is an experienced public relations practitioner with considerable international experience. Most recently she held the position of Senior Marketing and Communications Manager for New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, North America, based in New York.
Jay has a background in strategic planning, brand development, media relations, social media, corporate communications, issues management and government relations.
Past roles include 11 years in another consultancy where Jay worked on a number of significant accounts in the dairy, energy, transport and tertiary education sectors. Jay has also previously worked as Communications Manager for the State Services Commission, Corporate Relations Advisor for the Ministry of Health, Press Secretary for the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and held a number of journalism positions.
