The PRINZ Communicator of the Year was created to recognise excellence in personal communication skills, and also a sector leader who espouses open and honest communications within his or her organisation.

Every year, PRINZ members from around the country file their nominations from which the most deserving winner is chosen.

Nominees have included leaders of business and industry, politicians, athletes and authors who are consistently robust, transparent and honest in their communications and who support and endorse public relations both internally and externally.

Previous winners of the PRINZ Communicator of the Year include Andrew Becroft, Rob Fyfe, Pita Sharples, Alan Duff, Dame Cath Tizard, Bruce Slane and the late Sir Peter Blake. To view the winners, click on 'Hall of Fame' in the left navigation.
