PRINZ provides a number of opportunities to reach public relations and communication practitioners.

We have 1,000+ individual members at all levels of experience, who work in a range of communication areas and come from all around New Zealand. Our total database of 3,000+ includes many more individuals who participate regularly in our events and training programmes.

Our membership network:

A number of opportunities exist for companies wishing to tap into a network of professional, receptive prospects.


Advertising

Most business days the PRINZ website attracts over 120* unique visitors, with each visitor looking at an average of 4.9* pages per visit (*Google analytics, November 2011). Visitors include PRINZ members, non-member public relations practitioners, clients and companies looking for information on the industry.

PRINZ communicates with our 1,000+ members through our monthly e-Report electronic newsletter. We also promote our calendar of continuing professional development courses and divisional events by e-mail to our database.

Through our website and e-mail communications, industry suppliers can reach this well-defined market cost effectively. PRINZ accepts advertising from companies and organisations relevant to the public relations field and related communication disciplines.

eReport special:

A monthly electronic newsletter, eReport, is sent to Members – this is another excellent opportunity for targeted advertising. eReport is distributed to members on the first or second Tuesday of the month.

Cost: $150.00 plus GST per insertion


Course/event notices:

Inclusion of your message and web links with PRINZ continuing professional development course notices or divisional event notices during the month (typically at least three per month between January and November).

Cost: $100.00 plus GST per insertion


Web banner:

The website right hand banner will be displayed on the home page and all pages of the PRINZ website, on rotation, for a month. A URL can be provided to link the banner to your website or to a document/PDF. Specifications for the Banner are 120 x 600 pixels provided in a GIF (animated or still), jpeg or animation (swf).

Cost: $400.00 + GST per month


Other advertising opportunities

Online PR consultancy guide

The PRINZ website offers a listing of the PR Consultancies across New Zealand with their contact details and specialisations. This is available under the 'Employers' section. The cost of placing your profile is $100.00 plus GST for a period of 12 months.


Job advertisements

Public relations and communication management job advertisements are placed free of charge in the job section of the website for members, or for $100 plus GST for non members. A homepage job listing is $100 plus GST.

PRINZ members who are seeking employment may advertise free of charge in the job section of the website.


Free listing

In recognition of their services to PRINZ, certain companies will be offered free listings and recognition in various sections of the PRINZ site. Companies eligible for these listings may include sponsors of PRINZ events and activities and organisations seeking paid or pro bono assistance with PR/communications projects.

Sponsorships

PRINZ national conference

This is New Zealand’s premier public relations and communications management event. Held in May, professional communication practitioners gather to hear international speakers, attend practical workshops and exchange ideas at a range of social events. We offer sponsorship opportunities at various levels for the conference.
